  • 1 cup peaches, cubed

Tuna Filling:

Peach Mango Pie

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices loaf bread
  • 1 cup Good Life Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Fillings:

  • 15 ounces mango, diced
  • 15 ounces peach, diced
  • 10 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons water

Ingredients:

For the meat mixture:

  • 1/4 kilo ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 small carrot grated
  • salt

  • 2 tablespoons flour

For the batter:

Tuna Balls

  • 1 can tuna (corned tuna)
