- 500 grams pork kasim
- 1 kilo pork jowl, mask, ear
- 200 grams chicken liver
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp liquid seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 2 large red onion
- 2 1/2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
For Boiling:
- 2 1/2 liters of water
- 1 tsp crushed pepprcorn
- 8 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbsp rock salt
