Ingredients:

  • 500 grams pork kasim
  • 1 kilo pork jowl, mask, ear
  • 200 grams chicken liver
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp liquid seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 2 large red onion
  • 2 1/2 tbsp virgin coconut oil

For Boiling:

  • 2 1/2 liters of water
  • 1 tsp crushed pepprcorn
  • 8 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp rock salt
