Sweet and Sour Fish

Ingredients:

Marinade:

  • Fish Fillet – 400 grams
  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 piece

Sweet & Sour Sauce:

  • Banana ketchup – 1 cup
  • Pineapple Juice (del monte) – 2 cups
  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 5 tbsp

For Sautéing:

  • Onion – 40 grams
  • Red & Green Bell – 80 grams
  • Pineapple chunks – 60 grams
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cornstarch Diluted – 3 tbsp

Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Tofu

Ingredients:

Set A:

  • 2 Tbsps. olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pc. medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsps. butter
  • 1/2 cup UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
  • 1/2 cup Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. UFC Spicier Blend Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsps. brown sugar

Set B:

  • 1/2 kg. shrimps
  • 4 pcs. tofu, cubes
  • 4 pcs. onion leeks, chopped (optional)

Paksiw na Bisugo

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 pieces (500 grams) bisugo, guts removed but scales left intact
  • 1 teaspoon rock salt
  • ½ cup diced pork fat
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed, skin removed
  • 1 piece thumb-sized ginger, sliced and pounded
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 pieces finger chilies
  • Fish sauce, to taste

  • 3 glove garlic

  • 1 pc large ginger
  • 3 pcs tomatoes
  • oyster sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna (corned tuna)
  • 1/4 cup carrot (grated)
  • 2 tablespoon spring onion
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup water (adjust as needed)

  • 2 cans sardines in tomato sauce
  • 1 cup pechay, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning

  • 2 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 5 teaspoons white vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Tilapia cleaned
  • 3 pieces medium-sized tomatoes diced
  • 3 pieces medium-sized onions diced
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 3 pieces raw eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

Inihaw na Pusit

Ingredients:

  • 2 large squid cleaned
  • 2 medium ripe tomato sliced into small cubes
  • 2 medium yellow onion sliced into small cubes
  • 2 thumbs ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons annatto oil
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 lime or 2 pieces calamansi
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Ginisang Sardinas

Ingredients:

  • 11 ounces sardines in tomato sauce about 2 small cans
  • 1 medium red onion sliced lengthwise
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoons flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 1 medium ripe tomato chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon or calamansi juice
  • 2 pieces birds eye chili siling labuyo *Optional
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce or salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
