- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsps. butter
YELLOW RICE
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 3 cups water
- 1-2 tsps. turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp. banana catsup
- 1-2 tbsps. butter
