- 5 tablespoons liver spread
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cups water
- 6 tablespoons cooking oil
