Maja Blanca

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 can cream style corn (or whole corn kernels)
  • 1 can (410ml) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (300ml) condensed milk
  • Sugar to taste (I added ½ cup)
  • 2 cups water to dissolve the cornstarch

For BUDBOD

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (or sapal)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
