Ingredients:
FOR ASADO FILLING
- 500 grams ground pork
- 1 tablespoon oil for sauteing
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (minced)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon water (for slurry)
- (Note: this filling mixture is good for 30 to 40 large puto)
FOR PUTO
- 1 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Salted Egg
- Grated Cheese
- (Note: Puto mixture is good for 18 large molders)
